Open Billing
Use either path:- select the credit indicator at the bottom of the Company panel;
- open the avatar menu and select Billing;
- open Settings > Billing.
Plans
Alesta’s public plan families are Free, Pro, and Enterprise. The exact catalog served in Billing controls what is selectable in the current environment.
Prices, discounts, billing intervals, feature labels, taxes, and checkout availability can change. Use the values shown in Billing or on the live Pricing page, not a screenshot or copied number.
Who can change billing
Only the workspace Owner can:- start checkout;
- change plan or billing interval;
- open the subscription-management portal;
- manage payment methods;
- schedule or undo a downgrade or cancellation;
- approve a seat-related billing change.
Start or change a plan
1
Review the current state
Check the active plan, subscription badge, billing interval, included
features, seats, current period, and next billing date.
2
Choose an available plan
For a free workspace, select the current self-serve offer. For an active
subscription, open Upgrade plan or the available plan grid.
3
Confirm the billing interval
Select monthly or annual only when the current catalog offers it. Read any
interval-specific discount and total.
4
Complete the provider flow
A free-to-paid purchase can open Stripe Checkout. An active subscription
change can use the transition flow shown in Billing.
5
Wait for confirmation
Do not assume the plan changed because a payment page opened. Return to
Billing and confirm the new server-reported plan and subscription state.
Scheduled changes and cancellation
A downgrade or cancellation can remain scheduled until the end of the current billing period. Billing keeps the current plan active and shows the effective date. Use the available undo control if the workspace should remain on its present subscription. A scheduled cancellation takes precedence over a scheduled downgrade in the interface.Subscription notices
Billing can show notices for states such as:- trialing;
- active;
- payment confirmation required;
- past due, unpaid, or incomplete;
- scheduled plan change;
- scheduled cancellation;
- expired subscription setup.
