Workspace
The isolated company context anchored to one domain, including profile, evidence, competitors, documents, connections, members, plan, and credits.
Domain-first baseline
The initial, bounded company and marketing picture built from the submitted domain and available public sources.
Company profile
The working identity, categories, description, social links, documents, and competitor context shown in the Company panel.

The left side of the Company screen containing workspace identity, profile context, documents, competitors, and footer controls.

Observed
Read directly from an available page, provider response, or measurement.
Calculated
Derived from observed values with a defined transformation.
Inferred
Interpreted from observed evidence and subject to human correction.
Proposed
Suggested for review, such as a competitor candidate.
Confirmed
Accepted or supplied by a workspace member.
Lab data
A controlled synthetic measurement, such as a Lighthouse PageSpeed run.
Field data
Eligible aggregated real-user experience data, such as Chrome UX Core Web Vitals.

The relevant stage has not started yet.
Generating or running
Work is active for the surface.
Ready
A usable result exists for the stated source and scope.
Partial
Some requested evidence is usable and some is missing.
Unavailable
The source or operation did not produce a usable result. It is not zero.
Not measured
The current run did not ask or could not ask the question.
Disconnected
A required provider is not authorized for the workspace.
Needs selection or Action needed
Authorization exists, but a property, account, organization, or resource must be selected.
Locked
The current plan does not include the reading or action.

The availability-aware monitoring area for offered social providers.
Panel
A structured reading with a title, scope, state, and source boundary.
Document
A generated working artifact based on current workspace context.
Signal
A remediation feed that turns verified findings into reviewable prompts, instructions, files, or a confirmed next step.
Activity log
A human-readable history of what a baseline searched, decided, skipped, and completed.
Operations log
A technical stream of run steps, provider calls, statuses, timings, and lag.

Plans and actions

Zero-rated profiling run
The eligible free domain-first run that does not consume paid action credits.
Credit
The usage unit for eligible paid work in a workspace.
Workspace action
A protected, user-initiated correction or analysis update submitted through the server catalog.
Target lock
The server rule that prevents overlapping actions on the same protected document, profile field, competitor set, file, or signal.
Owner
The workspace role responsible for member management and billing.
Admin
The invited workspace role that can use available product surfaces but cannot perform owner-only member or billing changes.
Plan entitlement
Permission for a workspace to access a reading or action. It does not guarantee provider data.
