Connection status and data status are separate. A provider can be connected while a panel remains partial or unavailable, and a public baseline panel can work without any provider connection.

Start with the connection row

Open Settings > Integrations and find the provider.

Traffic shows only one lane

Google Analytics and Search Console are independent.
  • Analytics can populate active users, engagement, conversions, channels, sources, and top pages.
  • Search Console can populate clicks, queries, positions, countries, and search discovery.
Connect the missing service if you need its questions answered. Do not infer its metrics from the other lane.

The connected property is wrong

Use Change on a connection that supports selection. Choose the property or site that matches the workspace domain, then return to Traffic and read the source attribution. Values retrieved under the previous property should not be treated as measurements for the new selection.

A connected provider has no data

Check:
  • the selected account and property;
  • reporting window;
  • provider-side access and role;
  • whether the property contains traffic for the domain;
  • the panel’s partial or unavailable reason;
  • provider processing delay or coverage limitation.
Avoid disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly unless the row says authorization needs attention.

Core Web Vitals is unavailable

Core Web Vitals in Alesta uses eligible real-visitor field data. Google may not have enough samples for the domain, device, or reporting scope. This is expected for some sites and cannot be fixed by upgrading or substituting PageSpeed lab values. Use PageSpeed for lab diagnosis and report the field-data limitation separately.

GEO or Backlinks has no reading

Check the sequence:
  1. Is the tab locked by plan?
  2. Did an eligible deeper run execute?
  3. Does the panel say not measured, partial, or unavailable?
  4. Did the provider return usable records for this domain?
An unavailable backlink index does not prove zero backlinks. A missing observed-visibility run does not prove zero AI mentions.

Social says measurement is unavailable

Social depends on both the provider connection and the deployed Alesta measurement service. Read the current panel and gate reason. A visible integration card or labeled mock surface is not proof that live measurement exists. Values under mock data are illustrative and must not enter reports.

GitHub shows no eligible repository

Confirm GitHub is connected to the intended account. Alesta filters out repositories that cannot receive an issue, including archived repositories and repositories with Issues disabled. Repair the provider setting or select another eligible repository. Do not expect the connection to create branches, pull requests, or code changes.
