Follow the run
During the run, you may see:- a global progress indicator with the current phase and percentage;
- Baseline analysis running above the Web analytics area;
- loading, preparing, or writing states on individual panels and documents;
- new entries in Logs > Activity;
- profile details, competitors, and documents appearing at different times.
- Reach the site
- Measure performance
- Read the pages
- Build the profile
- Find competitors
- Write documents
- Publish results
A progress percentage describes the run, not the completeness of every
possible Alesta capability. Some surfaces can remain unavailable, locked, or
not measured after the run finishes.
Review in a dependable order
1
Confirm the company identity
Check the company name, domain, category, description, and detected social
accounts in the left panel. The rest of the workspace depends on this
context.
2
Read the Web baseline
Start with PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, SEO health, the crawl summary,
Programmatic observations, and open issues. Keep lab data separate from
real-visitor field data.
3
Review competitor candidates
Open each competitor, inspect the discovery basis and differences, and
correct the set before relying on comparative recommendations.
4
Open the generated documents
Read Product information, Marketing strategy, and
llms.txt when they
become available. Treat each as a working draft.5
Inspect limitations
Read every partial, unavailable, not measured, and locked state. These
labels tell you what the result can support.
Read state before value
- Ready
- Partial
- Not measured
- Locked
The panel has a result for the stated source and scope. It can still contain
caveats or partial coverage.
Know when the first review is complete
Your first review is complete when you can answer these questions:- Is this the correct company and domain?
- Which facts were directly observed, and which were inferred?
- Which panels used public evidence, and which need a connection?
- Are the competitor candidates relevant?
- Do the generated documents match the business?
- Which gaps are true findings, and which are unavailable or not measured?
